How do I determine the correct snowboard size for my height and weight?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. Generally, the board should reach between your chin and nose when standing, but weight is the most critical factor for optimal flex and control.
What is your return policy for snowboards and bindings?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once bindings have been mounted to a board, the items are no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy gear?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
How long is the warranty period on Nidecker products?
All Nidecker snowboards, boots, and bindings come with a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
